Why are donations important?

Donations are needed to keep up with the high server costs (hosts, panel, advertisement, ...).
By donating, you offer the highest support possible to our network.

What do I do if I don't receive my purchase?
A purchase can take up to 15 minutes to process, and for you to receive. You must be online the server as well. If you don't receive your purchase within 1 hour, create a ticket then about your issues.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

PAYMENTS

Payments made to FleetMC servers is a payment for the virtual items contained in the purchase. This transaction is final and there are no refunds. In the event that you are banned for breaking the rules of the FleetMC servers, you will not be refunded this money. Bans are subject to the full discretion of the server admins and rules can be changed at any time. There is no guarantee on being able to enter the server, and if the server is no longer operated the virtual items are forfeit. Refund requests due to issues concerning lag, game glitches, or any other issues are subject to the discretion of the
FleetMC administration team. All items are virtual and have no value. We do accept donations, all payments made are for in-game ranks or features.

• All payments and packages are processed automatically by FleetMC.
• The account holder must be over the age of 18 or have permission from an adult.
  
• All players, including customer, must still follow the server rules. If they are breached, we will ban you. We don’t allow customers to bypass the rules.
